About the Speaker
Shreya Seth is an alumnus of Symbiosis Law School, NOIDA having graduated in 2015. Ms. Seth is enrolled with the State Bar Council of Delhi with litigation practice spanning across multitude of courts
and forums. An experienced, disciplined and performance driven professional in the legal sector, Ms. Seth has recently shifted to independent counsel practice. Ms. Seth practices
at the High Court of Delhi and at the High court Bombay-Nagpur Bench. Having previously worked with the litigation and dispute resolution team of various law firms such as of Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas, Luthra and Luthra Law Offices, Seth Dua and Associates etc, Ms.
Seth has acquired a great insight into the nuances of civil and commercial litigation. Ms. Seth has been a part of several high profile civil and commercial matters.
During her academic years,
Ms. Seth was lucky to learn from the best in the industry during her stints as intern at a plethora of top-level firms like AZB & Partners, J. Sagar Associates, Amarchand & Mangaldas &Suresh A Shroff
&Co and Khaitan Sud and Partners. She also had the privilege of interning under the able guidance of Hon’ble Justice Sanjeev Sachdeva, sitting judge of the Delhi High Court.
Ms. Seth has always
been a passionate speaker and had actively participated and won several national and international level competitions across various formats including moot courts, parliamentary debates and MUN’s.
